Notes

2x800m @800 pace, 100m on, 100m float. Did both of them around 2:45 for the half. 7x200m @ 800 pace w/200 rest. Felt super fast and a little tricky on the tight corners at hononegah but it was alright. Averaged 34.5 probably which is a bit slow, but consistent. Slippery floors don't help.
