Notes

5x800m on the treadmill, first 400m @ 2% incline 5:45 pace, second 400m @ 0% 5:38 pace. 400m easy jog rest in between. Getting tired of workouts on the treadmill because of the weather. Felt alright, legs are a little sore, but probably from running inside so much.
