9 x 300m @ goal mile paceish w/200m jog rest, 2:30 set break after 5. Legs felt really good, but my quads were tightening up on a couple repeats, had more problems getting my breathing and chest right during the last three. I can't remember exact splits but I had a couple 52s (4:40 pace) and then the majority around 54 (4:50 pace). Probably averaged approximately 53.8 for them all. Pretty happy with it besides my breathing getting a little off at the the end. Running the 5k at conference on friday so I won't be running at mile pace too much!
