around the indoor track (140 meter piece of shit). 100m on (like a stride), 100m off cruise, 100m on, 100m off, 200m off. Three sets of that with a little jog break in between each one. Felt flat today probably from yesterday's workout, but it's hard to tell because the super tight corners on the track drain all your speed.
