Notes

on the treadmill to see how the shins felt with one taped up for support but it didn't help much. Tried ultrasound, icing, shin strengthener and stm treatment today but it still feels bad. Used a foam roller after practice which hopefully I'll use more to try and break up the tightness in my calves. I just want to be able to at least run all of the workouts successfully and the races even if I have to cross train on all of my easy days.
