@ hononegah indoor track, 4x1k @ 3:25 (5kish pace at this point) w/2:30 rest/jog. #1 and 3 400m relaxed (43ish) 600m bump (39ish), #2 and 4 600m relaxed and 400m bump. Basically supposed to hit the times but be able to start out relaxed and bump at the end.

Felt decent despite the track being a bit crowded and hectic. Also had to poop at the end but held it together.
