@ dubuque. Legs felt good warming up, and just cranked this one. Josh led the first two miles after going out alone for the first mile or so until the pack moved up to him. I felt bad that no one would take over the lead until after two miles, but I was pretty boxed in at the end of the pack just floating along. Hit two miles and two knox kids made a move and I was the only other person to respond and stuck right to the back of them. Tried to move with 600m to go, but couldn't make it stick. Got outkicked by two seconds or so. Good for a second place finish! and a big PR!

Never had that good of a last mile before. Really happy about this one.
