10.5 Miles - Donauinsel - 3:30pm

-Light rain, but it was kind of nice. Did 4x200 at the end of 5 miles. They felt really weird. I know I wasn't going very fast. I wasn't really tired after each rep, but I didn't feel like I wasn't trying either. It isn't like I am aerobically strong right now or anything. I am just not really in touch with any kind of speed, or fitness in general I suppose. It is all relative I guess. I guy cycling yesterday asked me if I always ran so fast, and I was just thinking, actually when I run with my teammates I run a lot faster. Right now I'm trying to focus on getting out, and putting in the miles. The fitness will come later. This is the very beginning of the process.
