4x200, 8x400 - Ted Haydon Track - 7:45pm
-Better and worse than last week. It was worse because it took me forever to get myself out the door to do the workout, and I had a harder time pushing myself. However, it was also better because I was not hurting as much as last week. I think I probably could have gone a second faster on each interval, but in a way that is good too. Not trying to burn out. Was much slower on the cooldown than the long cooldown I did on Saturday, but I was running longer and slower intervals that day so that might be why.
