10 Miles - Lake Front - 3:30pm

-My body was sort of going between "this is great!", and "what the hell are we doing right now?". It was really windy on the way north, but the way south was really pleasant, and that was when my legs really felt good. I think I should do more of this type of run. What I mean by that was that I just ran comfortable the whole way, and only pushed when I felt good. I don't think I need to crush it every day.
