Notes
1) I'm pretty sure I offended some people in the elevator after this one. Post-shower, I was still burning up and pretty well sweat-soaked In fact, I'm pretty sure I can smell myself as I sit here. It was hot out there.
2) I don't know that I trust the pace on this one, but the distance is on. Maybe we did go that fast. We had the usual stop at the turn-back, and one pull-up stop around 2.25 mi, a couple traffic stops, all of which stopped the clock.
3) Temp on the Nike+ app registered at 91, which beat the next hottest TTRC run by 4 degrees. That tends to run a little lower than weather.com, for what its worth, currently showing 94 with a "feels like" of 96.
Bottom line, it was hot and I couldn't adequately get my core temp down enough after the shower to not sweat through my shirt.
