really, really busy work week and there hasn't been time for running. but it was a beautiful morning today, the leaves are just starting to turn and there's a cool crispness to the air. great run. made me sad I missed the other mornings this week. yesterday left house at 6:45 A, home at 7:00 P. no lunch. just exhausting.
