Actual: Good, hard run. Was able to tick off some nice 6:4X splits that weren't really that hard until the last 3 miles.
7.30, 7.07, 7.24, 7.20, 7.12, 6.57, 7.03, 7.18, 7.10 "warmup"
6.53, 6.46, 6.42, 6.48, 7.12, 6.54, 6.48, 6.44 "hard"
Feet and ankles are beat the hell up. Left ankle and right arch especially.
