Wanted to go out for an easy run today, and it felt that way until I reached the bottom of Cleveland. i looked at my watch and realized I was 30 sec faster than 2 days ago, in which I ran an 8:00 pace. Surprised that I was running faster, felt like I was running about 8:20-8:30 pace. Stayed with the effort to finish under 48 min for the run. Not sure what to think about my fitness level right now. Need to decide on some spring races.
