Notes

Fartlek workout of 1, 2, 3, 2, 1, 2, 3, 2, 1 with 2 min easy for recovery. Was going to do 2 miles as a warmup, but ended up running 20 min (2.75) as I wasn't really ready to start the workout. First third of the fartlek was a gradual incline with the last 2/3 rolling. Good but tough workout, especially with the course. Cooldown was 3.25 miles.
