shit run. i mean, low 80s and humid at 9.30? forest was likely more humid than outside, but at least it didn't have the sun beating down. ran with rooney and eric. thankfully they felt almost as shitty as i did. hoping that a day off and a chiro visit today will help me out. like a drain.
