warmup with a stop by ARC for a running expo thing. met some older guy and some other folks. did the beginning 8min pace or so. after the stop there, went over to washington via pennsylvania. it's snowing pretty hard. stretched and then ran out to webber (~1mile) in about 6.35. came back in more like 6.15. this is with pants on and on slippery snow. way out was into the wind a bit. felt like i was going pretty quick. went back via pennsylvania and 4th. did a short pickup on 4th. made sure to go slow when not going fast. felt very good the whole time.
