pleasant evening run on what looks to be the last pleasant evening until the spring. went out quickish... think the wind was behind me, came back a little slower. a few stops due to traffic- 5pm isn't the quietest time to run in urbana. oregon was lovely, though, and i felt pretty smooth and efficient for the first 3 miles or so. hope i can keep doing runs like this, but there's so much shit to do.
