two 800s. second attempt at running on csu track to get some speed back in ze legs. pretty full recovery before both. first was 2:53 with a split of 86, second was 2:43 with a split of 83. windy day slowed me down a little, but fairly pleased with this effort. some muscles a bit tired from lunges yesterday. probably 85% and 95% effort for the two intervals. felt pretty flat on the cooldown back home. it'd be really nice to pop a mile this spring somewhere in the 5 flat range. we'll see- not much speed in the legs at the moment.
