longer run. likely last day warm enough for shorts and a top until spring. went up wright, along bradley, round country club lane, down broadway, through crystal lake park and back via main. felt great at first especially with the wind at my back, middle was a bit more of a trial against the wind and with legs a bit tired from running with extra weight yesterday, end was fine as i hit stride a bit and went beyond comfort level. might go to arc tomorrow.
