xmas day. dusk. with andrew and al from the house, up along gateshead, modaff, then massachusetts, brockton, connecticut, gleneagles, gateshead. good pace maintained. surprised al could keep up, really. might try going medium-long tomorrow to round out a good mileage week. solid pace for almost all runs. doesn't feel forced whatsoever, in spite of almost all wearing plenty of clothes.
