COMMENTS: hot, hot, hot. ran with groups one and two just because it was an easy run, and i felt like running with fellow seniors. cool forest area was run through, as was a little bush that made me feel i was getting hives. a little excursion into a riverbed stopped the watch a bit, but all's well that ends well.
