a bit longer today than yesterday. went out springfield, south on pine down to haines, then up easy and back on john. maybe felt best in the last ten minutes or so once i found a bit of rhythm. right foot strike feels awkward and calves are a bit sore. ah the joys of starting to corre again. wasn't all that warm but felt great with a bit of sunshine and clear sidewalks.
