al and andrew followed on bike. went out path and over 59 on new bridge. up deering bay, then around white eagle drive. made a wrong turn, then down palmer, across 59 on 87th, down skylane, along leverenz, down willow ridge. estimated pace would be right about 7.15. wind from the east aided on way out, hurt on way back. felt good and smooth for most of the run though. good workout, will go easy tomorrow.
