knee trouble. amongst other trouble, mostly mental. having a tough time with running this week. caught between wanting 40mpw and apathy to running. knee felt weird less than a mile in, and it was all the excuse i needed to make it a short night run. even called ma afterward on pretext of how much it costs to see an orthopedist. pathetic all across the spectrum, but my overcautious approach to the knee is justified historically... and even financially. how could i get to the department if my knee is too fucked to bike there? fucking sucks. all around.
