after dark. pretty nice night for running. went along laurel, down remington to lake, up to the track for a quick lap (76) to see how I felt, then back home through campus. the quarter felt pretty good, aided by the darkness. wasn't too dead afterward either, surprising after the moab trip. felt good throughout this run, actually. last nice weather day for a bit. gonna try to run trails tomorrow.
