very easy run with the dog in the forest. did the 411, continued on the (wood)loop and did a bit outside. bud did well for the most part, chased something up a tree, and had a spot of diarrhea on the trail at the end. obviously lots of stopping/starting, but the breathing was still okay, with legs out of rhythm but not too bad.
