first ATS group ride of the year. chris, josh, thomas, ezra showed up, so it was a quick-ish pace heading north. chris dropped by bingham and so only four of us did the dams. i felt strong but left knee felt tweaked (from being out of the saddle i think?) and wasn't helped by the cold and lack of leg warmers. hit the downhills hard with thomas, but rode gingerly the last few miles due to the knee.
