morning run at the southern rim of the grand canyon. woke up in the cool morning after maybe 10 hours of sleep after a long day of driving and hiking the day before. took a few wrong turns and so I didn't run along the actual rim for more than about five minutes, but it was still a really cool run. went mostly along paved trails from the campsite at the mather campground, worked my way to the bright angel lodge, a short jaunt along the rim, then back. significantly longer than I had planned, and the pace wasn't quick due to tired legs, 7000ft altitude, etc. glad to have gotten one run in during the road trip, and it worked out nicely.
