up cypress, along elizabeth, down overland all the way to yorkshire. back up the normal yorkshire/langshire/somerville. almost ran into a fox crossing overland; also almost tripped over something that seemed like roadkill on the shoulder on overland too- very dark down there. decent run though. did exercises only last night after another epic 1000 mile drive. still need to fix right footfall, but feeling fairly good. seemingly no ill effects from being at lesser altitude last week.
