with josh. did dams north to south, then added on with going down to trilby and up lemay. glad to get 30 in. weak week for biking mileage due to winds, cold, lingering iciness. thankfully conditions weren't too bad today with the right gear, but can definitely feel the cardio fitness lacking this time of year.
