hot, dry, breezy. already over 80 by about 10am. wanted to better 20mpw this week and did it even with more off days than i'd like, such as yesterday when it was hot and i was beat up and hungover from the jorts party. felt okay on way out, but coming back into the wind was tougher and slower. definitely ready and able to increase mileage, if knee cooperates, and hopefully this is some of the last extremely hot weather. dewpoint of freezing, near 90 and sunny- easy to lose lots of water quickly.
