another friday afternoon run from work up into the foothills. went up the right side this time, across the dam, down the left. considered doing the same loop as last week, but waning light, an incoming storm, and tired legs put an end to that. pretty damn gorgeous, with colorful skies to the south, dark stormy clouds to the north, and at one point an eagle/hawk soaring overhead. again, not many miles but a good effort. don't think hill running is great for the knee.
