Notes
planned on my 10 mile shakeout, but after moving lauren's mom's stuff for hours yesterday and some revelry last night, just not up to it. also thought of doing this run with porter, but there's no leash here, so no go. actually ran into veljko and lana walking by the lake, stopped and chatted. route wasn't very inspired, and things were kept relaxed. one week- health and a good run at pace are in the cards.
