shit run on a lovely day. asthma triggered by allergens supposedly is giving me breathing troubles, hence the lack of running and the shit run today. after a trip to mckinley yesterday i'm on a new medication but running still sucked today. actually walked for five minutes or so on the way back. nothing good except for the sunshine.
