with eric and rooney. started at knoch knolls, then up modaff and bailey box down the path along washington. likely went near 7min pace especially in the middle. wasn't intended as a tempo, and wasn't too uncomfortable, but the last ten minutes were taken rather easily, probably 8 or higher. good run, good stretch of the legs, and surprisingly not too difficult. legs seem to recall doing many miles at a similar pace. best running weather in at least a few weeks. despite pace, one of the longest runs in a long while.
