shorter than yesterday but similar pacing/intensity. fighting dusk, went straight to foothills, went behind stadium down to dixon canyon, then through the parking area and back along ross, somerville, lake, ponderosa. a good five mile loop- worth remembering. pace was slowed by barriers twice, hills and falling darkness. last couple miles on pavement were likely close to 7. only really pushed on the hills- otherwise very comfortable. will go easier and shorter tomorrow with speed hopefully on thursday. 20 lunges, a little core.
