solo run along dirt roads and over wyoming brush country. considered not going camping and getting in a foothills run, but realized a cool run at altitude in vedauwoo was more interesting or at least more out of the ordinary. got in oxygen debt quickly from a hill, exuberance, and altitude. the way back was slower and more measured, with the calves and stabilizing muscles growing tired quickly. it was cool running over rocks and through grazing cattle, past yellow aspen groves. good stuff.
