COMMENTS: good long run again. never felt that great, but finished fine all the same. dan and eric came along too which was cool, but eric turned at 46. almost exactly 15miles, so pace was good. first shirtless run of the year. ran parallel to parade route down mill street and then had to cross it. kicked the end a wee bit. got milk, iced tea, cinnamon twist afterward.
