did 22min on bike, felt pretty lacking in energy, so did less than i wanted and did the run. 2 miles was the goal, and managed it fine. probably faster than i should be going, but eh. a bit of pain in knee, but didn't increase with distance again, so did the full 10 laps. likely won't run tomorrow, but i will if i feel good since it'll be really nice again. it sucks to run on an indoor track when it's 60 and sunny outside.
