out clarke, loop around crystal lake park, back a similar way. nothing special, but another glorious day of sunshine and middling temperatures. thought pace was maybe a bit slower than that, but can't complain. stride still awkward but getting better. tried to run on grass at the park, strengthen up minor muscles. asked a little black kid if he wanted to race, he said he wasn't big enough, lolz.
