faster pace than I thought. purposefully wore the heavy shoes to keep things easy today. want to run hills tomorrow. getting out on this run took some work, as 30 degrees and dark isn't a bundle of fun. a wee bit concerned about the right foot, as ever since the race it's been noticeable- will keep an eye on it. would like to build mileage, but with a biking deadline approaching and good weather forecast for this week it may be put off.
did a weak half of bring it afterward. gotta get back to that.
