really windy. one of them strong NW winds that lasts all day. same route as last week's hill run but with the loop done in reverse, going along the east side first, then coming south on the west side enjoying the sun and a strong tailwind. felt shaky starting out and was feeling pretty good in the second half. hill running forces me to stabilize the knees, which is good for me. great way to finish out a day at work, then racing home in the twilight.
