met murphys at the path. went down and southwest. not a fancy route, pace a bit relaxed since joe isn't in great shape. basically just talked with dan the whole time. thought about extending it to get more like 7, but it's still an okay week mileage-wise. hopefully will go long with andrew tomorrow.
