Notes

after 20min bike, splits of 6.25, 6.50, 6.40. a bit quicker than i'd reckoned on doing. was going to do 20, but felt fine and did another 3 laps. did 2 sets of pushups and situps afterward as well as a bit of balancing on the hemisphere. good workout. likely will cross-train tomorrow to take a day off the pounding.
