with brad and erlend. first time ever doing the towers time trial! it was a lot of fun despite my massive fatigue. hard to do a 40mi day on the bike and then do a challenging trail run. did 38:36 on the climb, not really pushing and just trying to stay upright. brad beat me by a couple minutes, erlend by maybe 6. really tough on the calves going up, then quads on the way down. cool event, and chatted with a guy running with a sweet dog on the way down. japandroids in the car on the way back to town, so it was an enjoyable first go with the foco trail runner group. incredible views of dusk foco and the stars. gotta make this a regular thing, especially with more daylight coming this weekend.
