with rooney and eric. met at rose hill park, went down to boughton and turned back at a playground. warmer than expected, and the first morning run in a while. knee felt weird to begin with, then improved. running tired towards the end of the run. pace was probably 7.30ish for the first half and then slower on the way back. despite slack pace, it's still more miles in the bank.
