a window between thunderstorms and i took it. wanted to go 35 but forgot the watch so i went by feel. took random roads and ended up on john. turned back at edwin. gathering clouds got menacing on the way back... it was pretty dark the whole time. drops started probably with a mile to go, the shit hit the fan when i got onto white street. what was otherwise a rather relaxed run ended with a pickup so as to avoid getting stormed upon. interesting run. didn't take any pills prior to run and knee never felt great, but just kind of constant bother throughout. marks a bit of a change.
