met with gavin actually a little before gym. did a solid chest and bicep workout, doing the step-type work on the bench again starting at 115 and moving up to 130. it ended quickly so as to let me get to liesel's class. the first half was pretty tough since I hadn't eaten anything prior to the gym, so I ate some fruit snacks in the first half and that helped. the run homeward after spinning is always tough in that most energy stores are depleted, but it works as a nice cool down assuming the body isn't too wet and cold.
