nice night for a run. contemplated doing more like 5, but this felt like at least that. despite a nice, cool evening thanks to some needed rain, the second half of this run took a long time. decided to wear old trances, and they don't have much bounce left in them. legs were fine to begin, then rather tired. not as bad as last week, but certainly not a pleasure to run today. may take tomorrow off and go for wednesday morning to get back in the morning routine.
